At Camden Body Jewellery, we prioritize your health and safety; therefore, we accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, any jewelry with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, tamper-evident heat-sealed bag and that the seal remains intact.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in a padded envelope or sturdy box to prevent damage during transit back to our Camden studio.
Ship and Refund
Send the package using a tracked service; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
